The lifeblood of any organization to grow and succeed is having active members. The goal of this Membership Committee is to give tangible benefits to joining and participating in the FBI Louisville Citizens Academy Alumni Association (FBILCAAA).

To become a member, you must have graduated from the FBI Citizens Academy. Upon application approval, you will be required to pay annual dues to support efforts that are in conjunction with the Outreach Goals of our local FBI Field Office.

There are two membership options: (a) Annual Membership for $50 per year or (b) Lifetime Membership for a one-time $1000 payment. Annual Membership runs Jan 1 – Dec 31. Payments received today will be applied to calendar year 2024.

You can apply for membership or update your contact information either electronically or by mail.


Paying Electronically (AMEX/Discover/Mastercard/Visa or PayPal):

We assume that information you enter on the payment screens (e.g. the name on the credit/debit card or PayPal account) matches that of the FBILCAAA member for whom you are paying.  If that is not the case, please Contact Us either before or after paying so that we can credit the correct member.

After completing the membership application, you will be redirected to pay your membership dues. If you wish to pay via PayPal, then login with your PayPal account; otherwise click “Pay with Debit or Credit Card” if you do not have a PayPal account.. If you have a PayPal account and attempt to pay without logging in, the system may prompt you to log into PayPal after you enter your credit card info; just re-enter your credit card information without logging in and the system will process your transaction exactly once. PayPal will immediately e-mail you a receipt after payment.

Citizens Academy Communications (Non Alumni Association Members)

If you are a Citizens Academy Graduate but are not a Member of the Alumni Association, you must complete a consent form to give permission to receive communications from FBILCAAA. This form must be completed and returned to the organization address below prior to any information being sent out: CA Communication Consent Form.
